WHO CAN APPLY

To qualify for a wholesale account, you must:

  • Operate a physical retail store, with or without an online presence, or
  • Operate an established online business with an existing audience or customer base

Wholesale purchases are intended for resale and not for personal use.

Resale through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms may be restricted unless specifically approved by BizGiz.

APPLICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS

All wholesale applications are reviewed before approval.

BizGiz reserves the right to:

  • Approve or decline wholesale applications
  • Request additional business information
  • Cancel wholesale privileges if program terms are violated
  • Refuse or cancel orders that do not comply with our wholesale policies

Our goal is to work with retailers and business partners that align with our standards and business practices.

PRICING

All wholesale prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers and business customers purchasing products for resale or qualified commercial use.

Wholesale pricing does not apply to ordinary retail purchases.

For large-volume orders or custom pricing, please contact us directly for a quote.

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS

Our wholesale pricing is already structured to reflect discounted business rates.

Additional discounts may be available only when:

  • A special wholesale promotion is announced
  • A large-volume order qualifies for custom pricing
  • A separate written agreement has been approved by BizGiz

Unauthorized promotional codes may not be combined with wholesale pricing.

INVOICING & PAYMENT TERMS

Invoices may be provided upon request and are issued in USD.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment
  • Payment must be successfully authorized before fulfillment begins
  • Net payment terms are not available unless specifically approved

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Wholesale orders are shipped within the United States.

For qualifying wholesale orders placed directly through BizGiz:

  • Shipping terms will be confirmed before or during checkout
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be disclosed before payment
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address

For large or oversized equipment, additional freight requirements may apply and will be communicated before shipment.

FULFILLMENT TIME

Once payment has been received and verified:

  • Wholesale orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days
  • Larger or special orders may require additional handling time
  • We will notify you if a significant delay affects your order

Transit time begins after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

BULK & B2B SALES

BizGiz supports bulk purchases, commercial customers, wholesale buyers, and other B2B partners.

For large-volume orders, recurring purchases, or long-term supply arrangements, please contact us to discuss availability and custom terms.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect wholesale shipments as soon as they arrive.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us as soon as possible
  • Provide your order or invoice number
  • Describe the issue
  • Include clear photographs or videos when applicable
  • Keep all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed

Damage claims should be reported within 5 days of delivery whenever reasonably possible so we can investigate promptly.

RETURNS

Wholesale returns may be subject to different conditions from standard retail returns depending on the quantity, product type, and circumstances of the order.

Please contact BizGiz before returning any wholesale merchandise. Products sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Any approved return terms will be communicated before the return is arranged.
