Troy-Bilt TB30B 30-Inch 10.5 HP 344cc Briggs & Stratton 6-Speed Small Riding Lawn Mower

The Troy-Bilt TB30B Small Riding Lawn Mower is designed for smaller residential yards where a compact riding mower can provide easier maneuverability and more convenient storage than a full-size lawn tractor. It features a 30-inch cutting deck, allowing it to fit through most gates that are 36 inches wide or larger, and Troy-Bilt recommends it for small or gated yards up to approximately 1/2 acre.

Power is provided by a 10.5 HP, 344cc Briggs & Stratton Power Built single-cylinder engine with electric key start. The engine uses a carbureted fuel system, dual-element air filter, fully pressurized lubrication system, and a 1.3-gallon fuel tank.

The TB30B uses a 6-speed Shift-on-the-Go™ transmission with a continuously variable drive system and a hand-operated dash control. Maximum forward speed is approximately 4.25 mph, while maximum reverse speed is approximately 2 mph.

Its 30-inch stamped cutting deck is made from 14-gauge steel and uses a single cutting blade. The mower offers five cutting-height positions ranging from 1.5 to 4 inches, allowing the operator to adjust the grass-cutting height for different lawn conditions. Deck engagement is manual and deck height is controlled using a hand lever.

An 18-inch turning radius helps the TB30B maneuver around landscaping, trees, fences, and other obstacles. The compact frame also makes the mower easier to store in garages and sheds where space is limited.

The mower includes a mulch kit, rear tow hitch, mid-back adjustable seat, cup holder, operator presence system, and Turf Saver tires. The rear hitch can accommodate compatible tow-behind lawn equipment such as carts, spreaders, and aerators, which are generally sold separately.
