The John Deere Z345M ZTrak Zero-Turn Riding Mower combines a compact 42-inch cutting width with responsive zero-turn handling for residential lawn maintenance. It is powered by a 22 HP, 724cc V-twin John Deere-branded gasoline engine designed for smooth operation and dependable mowing performance.

The mower features a 42-inch Accel Deep™ cutting deck designed to support efficient grass flow, even cutting, and good clipping dispersal. Cutting height is adjustable from 1 to 4 inches in 0.25-inch increments, while electric blade engagement makes it easy to start and stop the mower deck. The deck also includes a wash port and is mulch-capable with the appropriate optional kit.

The Z345M uses a dual hydrostatic Hydro-Gear EZT transmission with twin-stick steering controls for zero-turn maneuverability. It can travel up to approximately 7 mph forward and 3.5 mph in reverse, helping reduce mowing time on properties with open areas and obstacles.
