DR PREMIER 44T 44-Inch 10.5 HP 344cc Briggs & Stratton Tow-Behind Field & Brush Mower

The DR PREMIER 44T Tow-Behind Field & Brush Mower is designed for clearing overgrown fields, tall grass, dense weeds, brush, and small saplings from larger properties. It connects to an ATV, UTV, or lawn tractor and provides a 44-inch cutting width, allowing you to clear up to approximately 1 acre per hour, depending on terrain and vegetation density.

Power comes from a 10.5 HP Briggs & Stratton Intek Series OHV engine with 344cc displacement and electric start. The engine uses a cast-iron cylinder sleeve and dual-element air filtration for dependable outdoor use.

The PREMIER 44T is built to cut grass up to 4 feet high, weeds and brush up to 8 feet high, and saplings up to 3 inches thick. Its 44-inch floating deck rides over uneven ground and helps reduce scalping, while two pivoting blades are designed to swing back if they contact a solid obstruction.

Cutting height is adjustable from 4 to 7.5 inches using two hand cranks. A heavy steel brush bar helps push taller vegetation down before it reaches the cutting deck, while the three-sided deck design repeatedly chops material for a mulching effect.

The two-piece outrigger tow bar can be positioned so the mower trails directly behind the tow vehicle or offset to either side, helping you cut closer to fences, hedgerows, walls, and other obstacles. Unlike higher-end DR tow-behind models, the PREMIER 44T does not include remote starting or remote blade engagement; those controls are located on the mower itself.
