The Toro Recycler 22-Inch Personal Pace Lawn Mower is a self-propelled walk-behind mower designed for residential lawn care. It features Toro’s Personal Pace® Auto-Drive system, which automatically adjusts the mower’s ground speed based on the operator’s walking pace. Toro lists this rear-wheel-drive configuration as model 21462.

Power is provided by a 163cc Briggs & Stratton EXi engine rated at 7.25 ft-lb gross torque. The engine uses ReadyStart technology and is designed so routine maintenance does not require regular oil changes; oil level still needs to be checked and topped off as needed.

The mower features a 22-inch Recycler® steel cutting deck with Toro’s Vortex Technology and Recycler cutting system. It supports mulching and bagging, with side discharge capability available using the appropriate discharge chute. The cutting-height range is approximately 1 to 4 inches.

Rear-wheel drive and high rear wheels help provide traction and maneuverability on uneven terrain. The quick-connect grass bag and Bag On Demand system make it easier to switch between bagging and mulching during normal lawn maintenance.
