DR Power PRO XL-DRT 18-Inch 208cc Briggs & Stratton Dual-Rotation Rear Tine Rototiller

The DR Power PRO XL-DRT Rear Tine Rototiller is designed for garden preparation, cultivating, sod breaking, and working compacted soil. It uses a 208cc Briggs & Stratton OHV engine rated at 9.5 ft-lb gross torque and combines self-propelled tractor-style wheels with a dual-rotation tine system.

The tiller allows the operator to switch between forward tine rotation and counter tine rotation. Forward rotation is suited to cultivating established garden soil, while counter rotation provides more aggressive soil-breaking action for sod and harder ground.

Its 18-inch tilling width provides efficient coverage, while the 10-tine system can work soil to depths of up to approximately 11 inches. The machine uses a chain-drive transmission and 13 x 5-inch pneumatic agricultural-tread tires for traction.

A drag stake helps control forward movement and tilling depth, while the debris shield and side walls help reduce soil and debris thrown toward the operator. The unit also includes a neutral setting that allows the wheels to free-roll when powered drive is not required.
