The Toro Recycler 21-Inch Self-Propel Gas Lawn Mower is a residential walk-behind mower designed for efficient cutting, easy maneuverability, and flexible grass handling. It is powered by a 140cc Briggs & Stratton EX engine rated at 5.5 ft-lb gross torque and uses a recoil pull-start system. Toro identifies this mower as model 21321.

The mower features a 21-inch Recycler® cutting deck made from 15-gauge steel. Toro’s Recycler cutting system is designed to create fine grass clippings for mulching, while the mower also supports rear bagging and side discharge. The side-discharge chute is not included in the box and can be requested separately through Toro registration.

A variable-speed rear-wheel-drive self-propel system helps provide traction and reduces the effort required to move the mower across the lawn. The mower uses 8-inch front wheels and larger 10-inch rear traction wheels, making it easier to maneuver over uneven terrain.

Cutting height can be adjusted from 1.25 to 3.75 inches using a two-point height adjustment system. The mower also includes a 2-bushel grass bag, adjustable handle, and Toro’s Top It Off engine design, which does not require routine oil changes under normal maintenance; oil level should still be checked and topped off as required.
