Toro TimeMaster 21199 30-Inch 223cc Briggs & Stratton Personal Pace Self-Propelled Gas Lawn Mower

The Toro TimeMaster 21199 is a wide-area self-propelled walk-behind mower designed to cover more ground per pass than a standard 21-inch mower. It features a 30-inch steel cutting deck and is powered by a 223cc Briggs & Stratton OHV engine rated at 10.0 ft-lb gross torque. Toro lists this mower as model 21199.

Toro’s Personal Pace® self-propel system automatically responds to the operator’s walking speed, while the rear-wheel-drive layout provides traction during mowing. Current Toro documentation lists ground speed up to approximately 5 mph, depending on serial range.

The Dual-Force™ Cutting System uses Toro Atomic blades to process grass into finer clippings for mulching. The mower also supports rear bagging and side discharge, giving the operator multiple grass-handling options.

Cutting height can be adjusted from 1.25 to 4.25 inches in 1/2-inch increments. The two-point height-of-cut system allows quicker deck adjustments, while the deck washout port makes it easier to clean grass buildup from the underside of the mower.

The mower also includes Spin-Stop™ blade-stop technology, which allows the operator to stop the cutting blades without shutting off the engine. Toro’s Quick Stow handle provides multiple storage and operating positions for easier storage and handle-height adjustment.
