Honda HRX217VLA 21-Inch GCV200 Self-Propelled Lawn Mower with Electric Start

The Honda HRX217VLA is a 21-inch self-propelled walk-behind lawn mower designed for residential lawn care with electric starting, variable-speed drive, and Honda’s Versamow cutting system. It is powered by the Honda GCV200 premium residential engine and includes both electric start and recoil backup starting.

The mower uses Honda’s Select Drive® infinitely variable self-propel system, allowing ground speed to be adjusted from 0 to 4 mph to better match the operator’s walking pace and mowing conditions.

Its 21-inch NeXite® deck is rust-resistant and designed to resist dents and corrosion. The MicroCut® twin-blade system provides four cutting surfaces for finer clippings, while the 4-in-1 Versamow System™ with Clip Director® supports mulching, bagging, rear discharge, and leaf shredding without requiring separate attachments.

Cutting height can be adjusted through 7 positions from 0.75 to 4 inches. The mower also includes a 2.5-bushel grass bag, 9-inch ball-bearing wheels, three handle-height positions, and an easy-fold handle for more compact storage.
